Standard International Delivery Time:
2-3 weeks total (1-2 weeks for production, plus 3–6 business days for shipping).

For orders within Pakistan, if an incorrect item (in size, color, or design) is delivered, customers are entitled to request an exchange.
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Note: Returns will not be accepted for delays caused by shipping providers.
All international orders are shipped via Express Services.
We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international shipments.
In case of wrong delivery, customers may request a store credit to be used for a future purchase at Alizay Saad.
Orders may be canceled anytime before processing or confirmation by our customer support team.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Alizay Saad reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payment authorization.
If an online payment was made for a canceled order, customers will either receive store credit or a refund, depending on the case.
